I’m a follower of yours and enjoy and respect your opinion very much. My question on the market rotation and the improved conditions for small and mid cap value stocks, does the same hold true for small and mid cap ETF’s

Hi David,
Sure, I expect mid and small cap ETFs to do better, especially those with a value tilt. You can do even better with individual stock selection, if you are willing to do the homework.
