Update on the Payroll Employment Number

(A quick update from Seattle).

Today’s ISM report, was stronger than expected at 52.3.  The ISM number is part of our nice-fitting forecasting model for payroll jobs.  The report increases our estimate for the gain in the February non-farm payroll to about 135,000.
